A Partners conducted the field study phase of Thailand’s ASEAN Peer Review as External Consultants appointed by the ASEAN Secretariat, under the ASEAN Competition Action Plan (ACAP) 2025, supporting the Trade Competition Commission of Thailand (TCCT) in assessing its competition policy advocacy practices. As part of the peer review process, our team engages with multiple stakeholders through interviews and assessments, and on this occasion, we carried out the exercise in collaboration with the commissioners of the TCCT. The voluntary peer review aims to strengthen Thailand’s competition regime and advance regional harmonisation.

Dr. Peerapat Chokesuwattanaskul delivered an insightful session on ‘AI and the Thai Legal Framework.’ at the Thailand National AI Summit 2025 Organised by The Royal Society. The event marked its 100th Anniversary and supported Thailand’s strategy to strengthen AI readiness.
