VA Partners, serving as the appointed external consultant to the ASEAN Secretariat, presented its comprehensive evaluation of Thailand’s competition policy advocacy framework at the Peer Review Plenary Meeting.

A Partners conducted the field study phase of Thailand’s ASEAN Peer Review as External Consultants appointed by the ASEAN Secretariat, under the ASEAN Competition Action Plan (ACAP) 2025, supporting the Trade Competition Commission of Thailand (TCCT) in assessing its competition policy advocacy practices. As part of the peer review process, our team engages with multiple stakeholders through interviews and assessments, and on this occasion, we carried out the exercise in collaboration with the commissioners of the TCCT. The voluntary peer review aims to strengthen Thailand’s competition regime and advance regional harmonisation.
