Dr. Pacharasut is a renowned expert in competition laws and market design with expertise spanning multiple areas. He has advised private enterprises and government institutions on antitrust, regulations, and auctions across the world. With notable academic credentials, he has taught economics and data science at Chulalongkorn University and in the Ph.D. program at Sasin School of Management, and has several publications in top international journals. He has provided advice to regulators, including TCCT, NBTC, BOT, and ERC.

He earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Maryland, following an M.A. in International Economics and Finance and a First Class Honors B.Eng. in Computer Engineering, both from Chulalongkorn University.
