Dr. Pacharasut (Pat) Sujarittanonta

Dr. Pacharasut is a renowned expert in competition laws and market design with expertise spanning multiple areas. He has advised private enterprises and government institutions on antitrust, regulations, and auctions across the world. With notable academic credentials, he has taught economics and data science at Chulalongkorn University and in the Ph.D. program at Sasin School of Management, and has several publications in top international journals. He has provided advice to regulators, including TCCT, NBTC, BOT, and ERC.
He earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Maryland, following an M.A. in International Economics and Finance and a First Class Honors B.Eng. in Computer Engineering, both from Chulalongkorn University.

Dr. Peerapat (Yok) Chokesuwattanaskul

Dr. Peerapat is a distinguished expert in law, economics, and technology. He offers specialized consultancy in Competition Law, AI Regulations, and Personal Data Protection. His varied experience includes trade negotiations and academia, notably as an Assistant Professor of Law at Chulalongkorn University. With past roles at Agoda.com and Weerawong C&P, Peerapat combines legal expertise with economic acumen, contributing significantly to high-profile projects and publications.
He completed his Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Economics at the University of Cambridge, and also holds a D.B.A. in International Business from the JDBA program. In addition, he earned an M.A. in International Economics and Finance as well as an LL.B., both from Chulalongkorn University.

Dr. Peerapong Jongpaisalsakul

Peerapong is a full-time lecturer in Competition Law at the Faculty of Law, Ramkhamhaeng University. His research focuses on competition law and regulations, particularly mergers and acquisitions regulations. Peerapong holds Barrister-at-Law from the Thai Bar Association. He received his J.S.D and LL.M. from Chulalongkorn University.
