Dr. Pacharasut Sujarittanonta is a recognized expert in competition law, market design, and data science. He has advised firms and government agencies on antitrust, regulatory policy, and auction design in more than ten countries. Having led numerous successful cases, his expertise lies at the intersection of law, economics, and technology, making him a trusted advisor in complex, high-stakes legal matters.
Dr. Pacharasut previously held full-time economic faculty positions at Chulalongkorn University and taught in the Ph.D. program at Sasin School of Management. He also served as a Principal at Forward Market Design (USA) and held leadership roles in ventures spanning various sectors. His research has been published in leading international journals, and he has contributed to public policy through advisory roles with government and regional bodies, such as the Trade Competition Commission of Thailand (TCCT), the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC), and ASEAN.
